The Automation & Engineering Solutions department focuses on all areas of a holistic development approach: from demand engineering to electrical and mechanical design, software automation and assembly to commissioning at our production sites and the connection to higher-level MES systems.

As part of our implementation team, you play an important role in the production, assembly, testing and commissioning of high-quality components and machines. With technical understanding, craftsmanship and high quality standards, you ensure that our assemblies and components are manufactured and assembled precisely, reliably and on time. Your duties Assembly of assemblies and components by means of technical drawings, lists of pieces and mounting documents. Production of components according to the drawing specification Adaptation and reworking of components Mechanical and pneumatic components build, align them and perform precise settings as well as adjustments. Functional testing and quality control will guide you and assist in commissioning. Detect, analyze and document assembly deviations, functional errors and simple disturbances. The close cooperation with adjacent areas such as construction, electrical engineering, quality assurance, production and project management is also one of your tasks. Your experience allows you to continuously improve assembly and manufacturing processes.

First experience in machine or assembly assembly

Safe handling of technical drawings and mounting pads • Experience in clamping machining (e.g. turning, milling)
