Working Student Reception / Media Design (m/f/d)

Do you study media or communication and do not want to work for a student job, where “clamping insights” are actually just Excel and Copier? Good. Neither do we. We are looking for an organised and efficient working student (m/w/d) to strengthen our team in Herford. With us you are the first point of contact for visitors, business partners, customers – that is, the person who makes the first impression. Basic administrative tasks and data storage are done independently. You keep the front office running, coordinate appointments, enquiries and meetings and make sure that organization doesn't look like chaos. At the same time you can become creative. You support our internal and external communication, shape social media content, work with print and digital media and help us to make our corporate culture visible. Don’t worry: We don’t expect viral masterpieces overnight – but ideas, curiosity and a good sense of content that don’t look like “Corporate of 2009”.

If you are organized, you will be happy to communicate and like both structure and creativity. If you know how to perform professionally, but still human beings can manage multiple tasks in parallel and responsibly with information, you are right here. German and English you should know, MS Office as well – we will teach you everything else or develop it together.
