Tasks: • Reception: Create a first positive impression with your friendly being with our patients • Date management: Takeover Control the time management with our practical software and support you in the documentation management • Communication: You are the contact person for patient concerns and manage all communication channels in practice: phone, email and mail • Teamplayer: Show commitment and support your colleagues when a helping hand is needed

Profile: • Training: You have a completed vocational training as ZFA (m/w/d) and have corresponding professional experience • Empathy: You always meet our patients friendly and with great empathy • Organizational talent : Your structured work allows you to keep an overview even in stressful situations and to edit multiple tasks in parallel
