You are responsible for the management of complex cross-sector projects and initia­tives with a high strategic and organizational requirement – initially with a focus on the construction and further development of the wholesale capability of the enterprise, also in further strategic fields of action. You take the final-to-end project response: from the target definition to the placement, control and coordination to the successful implementation and transfer to the company. In doing so, you will ensure transparency to scope, time, resources, costs and results. You act as a central section between departments, IT, external service providers and partners. In this context, you can draw up, con­solidate and priorize technical and process requirements, streamline them and translate them into feasible concepts and requirements. You analyze existing processes, concise and model end-to-end processes (e.g. in the context of wholesale products, processes and systems) and accompany their implementation in close cooperation with the units involved. You will moderate project meetings, workshops and meetings at specialist and management level and ensure a targeted, addressable communication. You regularly report on project status, progress, risks and KPIs to project sponsors and management and introduce appropriate control measures for deviations. You identify project risks at an early stage, develop suitable solution options, and actively initiate resolutions. You support the ongoing development of project management and cooperation standards in the enterprise, carry out structured project assessments and Lessons Learned and thus contribute to the sustainable implementation of the business strategy.

You have a completed study with technical, economic or comparable background. You bring multi-annual, functional practice in the direction of multi-disciplinary projects – ideally in complex organi­ties or re­spective environments (e.g. telecommunications, infrastructure, IT-related industries). You have a strong process management know-how and are able to tighten up, consolidate, priorize and translate them into clear process and system requirements. Experience in cooperation with IT units (e.g. requirement management, cutting points, system landscapes) is absolutely necessary; Known in wholesale, network or B2B processes are of advantage, but no need. You have very good expertise in classic and agile project management and ideally appropriate certifications (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2, Scrum). You bring very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are characterized by a strategic vision, an analytical and structured mode of work and a high degree of implementation. You communicate safely and responsively on all levels and present and moderately confident. Customer centering, earnings orientation, persistence and a high quality claim shape your actions.
