You support the factory management in administrative, organizational and conceptual tasks, thus ensuring real relief. You record and prepare business and production data, create decision templates, presentations, reports and statistics – for clarity and good decisions. The input and output correspondence is taken over by you. This will keep you running the communication. You take over the collection of production data and the management of personal time accounts in SAP. You check invoices, release them and ensure a smooth billing. The disposition of raw materials, packaging materials and objects of need is your task. The implementation of monthly inventory, the maintenance of lists of pieces and cooperation in projects complete your task profile.

Successfully completed commercial training – happy to add additional business qualification or multiannual experience in a comparable function. Sovereign handling of contacts at all levels, high loyalty and discretion. Very good MS Office skills (in particular Excel, PowerPoint), good SAP skills.
