Strategy development: Development and further development of innovative, forward-looking marketing strategies, sales concepts and business models for Vorwerk Germany with a focus on brand strengthening, long-term growth and sustainable market positioning. Business Cases: Creating sound, decision-relevant economic analysis focusing on marketing and sales initiatives to support management decisions. Project management: Own-sponsored management of cross-departmental marketing and business development projects with high strategic relevance – from initial design to rollout to sustainable monitoring. Direct management interface: Close cooperation with marketing management, sales management and the management board as a savings partner in the development and implementation of central marketing and sales initiatives. Company presentations: Creating high-quality, concise presentations and decision-making documents that clear, compact and convincingly prepare complex content for management and board bodies. Market, competitive and trend analyses: systematic analysis of market and competitive data as well as relevant marketing and industry trends for identifying growth potential, early detection of risks and deriving strategic recommendations. Strategy workshops: Planning, moderation and management of interdisciplinary workshops at the leadership level to develop, prioritize and coordinate future-oriented market management strategies. Multiannual, detectable experience in managing complex, company-wide projects or programs – ideally in the business development, corporate strategy or sales environment Funded know-how in project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2) and their successful application in the dynamic business environment Embossed analytical strength and conceptual thinking combined with the ability to quickly grasp complex facts and to translate them into clear, feasible decisions High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking with a clear focus on results Sales and service-oriented working methods as well as affinity for direct sales and its success factors Convincing communication and presentation skills in different target groups as well as sovereign appearance in management and board bodies Complete study of economics, economics or comparable qualifications
