SAP Inhouse Consultant Service Management (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the holistic SAP Service Management (modules CS and FSM) with focus on process design, further development and ensuring operation Ensure efficient end-to-end service processes from order creation, deployment planning and engineering control to feedback, spare parts management and billing Technical support and enhancement of field service integration as well as mobile service applications and other connected systems Customizing, professional module support and design, testing and implementation of new solutions in the SAP service context Supporting the service organisation through qualified support, sound fault analyses and the sustainable optimization of interfaces and integration flows Responsibility for system and integration tests, training for end users and active participation in digitization and optimization projects

Complete professional studies or completed training in combination with professional experience as SAP Consultant Funded knowledge and customizing experience in the CS and SAP FSM, ABAP knowledge are desirable good understanding of service processes (use planning, technician control, SLA management) Very good German and English skills (C1) in word and writing, further language skills are advantageous You convince by an analytical and well-structured approach that allows you to identify complex problems and translate them into practical solutions Through your ability to bring topics clearly and understandably to the point, bring different interfaces together and direct tuning sovereign
