• Contact person for questions of the infrastructure and housing affairs of the local branch for the relevant Federal Military Service Centres and the Kasernenkommandantur
• Collection and updating of data as the basis for infrastructure decisions for HIL GmbH's branch organisation and technical assistance for HIL's Infrastructure & Building Management department
• Participation in demand and investment planning for construction maintenance measures
• Deficiencies management and participation in the properties to identify the need for maintenance
• Monitoring of deadlines for compliance with deficiencies and maintenance measures

What you bring:

• completed technical training and at least 2 years of professional experience
• a degree as a state-tested construction or mechanical engineering technician or comparable desirable
• very good communication skills and sensitivity
• Knowledge of the construction and execution organization of the Bundeswehr is advantageous
• a performance-oriented and result-oriented and equally independent mode of operation
• High readiness and driving licence Class B
