Deputy Head – Day Care (m/f/d)

As Deputy Head of Day Care (m/w/d), you support the management in the organizational and nursing daily business. You take responsibility for your team, soar for smooth processes and help our guests to provide high-quality care and care. Deputy Head of Mission: Support for day-to-day organisation and operations and take over responsibility in representation situations. Team leadership: expert support of the team as well as participation in personnel management and the organisation of workflows. Care process: Ensuring professional care documentation including SIS and action planning as well as support in implementing nursing standards. Organisation & cost-effectiveness: recognition of optimization potentials, independent, solution-oriented action and participation in an economic management. Cooperation: Confidential cooperation with the management, the team and all persons involved in the supply.

Your profile: Qualification: Completed training as a nurse (m/w/d). Experience in day care is desirable. Professional experience: At least five years of professional experience as a nurse. Working methods: Structured, independent and responsible working methods as well as pronounced self-organisation and solution-oriented thinking. Communication: Very good German knowledge (at least C1) in word and writing as well as willingness to open and value-adding communication in the team. Personality: team orientation, reliability, loyalty, commitment and joy in taking responsibility and developing day care together with the team.

Framework conditions: Location: Neustadt am Rübenberge, Hahne Tagespflege | Steinhuder Meer. Hours: part-time with 30 hours per week. Type of contract: Expired for one year. With successful cooperation there is the possibility of a long-term perspective within the Hahne Holding. Working hours: Monday to Friday in early or late service within the opening hours of day care. Weekend services are not included. Payment: For a weekly working time of 30 hours, the monthly gross salary is €3.497.40.
