Contract and Claim Manager Construction and Infrastructure (f/m/d)

For our Transformation business unit, we are looking for you as Contract and Claim Manager Construction and Infrastructure (w/m/d).

Projects – You will be part of exciting and varied projects in Contract and Claim Management with the focus on long-term customer projects. In this case, you are responsible for the examination, assertion and enforcement of legitimate own claims against contractual partners:inside and defence of unauthorized claims by third parties. Responsibility – In interdisciplinary project teams, you work operatively on the realization of our large-scale projects and are responsible for the implementation of a proactive contract and follow-up management, for, among others, engineering and construction contracts, over all phases of the project. Variety of tasks – You actively accompany our large-scale projects from the preparation of tenders to the award phase to the execution phase. In addition, you conduct the follow-up negotiations and are responsible for the implementation of cost-effectiveness calculations and audit-proof reporting on ongoing claims.

You have completed your studies in the field of economics, (economic) engineering, administrative science or a comparable degree course.

You bring about 2 to 7 years of experience in recovery or contract management in the building environment. Project experiences, ideally in the field of construction or infrastructure, and good technical understanding are desirable.

You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing. English skills are of advantage.

You like to work in the team and value responsibility and structured work. You have a high motivation and communicative skills that will help you to act skillfully in negotiations.

Please note that an average travel activity of about 3 days per week is provided during your application.
