Responsibility for the commercial handling and support of road construction projects Support in the acquisition of orders and strategic support of clients Participation in contract design, such as the extension or adaptation of works contracts Creditor and debitor accounting and regular production of monthly and annual accounts for the projects review and award of subcontractors, in agreement with the technical project management and the purchase Commercial correspondence with builders, authorities and other works Acquisition of special commercial and relevant tasks for management

Completed economic and/or engineering studies successfully or equivalent qualifications or a successfully completed commercial training Professional experience in a commercial position ideally in the construction industry Secure knowledge in Microsoft 365 and preferably experience in a billing and calculation program (ideally RIB iTWO) Extensive understanding of business relationships and the corresponding number affinity High team capability and readiness Entrepreneurship and outcome orientation, empathy and conflictability
