Job ID: 1000000068 As a lead developer, you are responsible for the overall technical architecture, quality assurance and the professional leadership of the development team of the SAP application LISa. You analyze technical requirements and problems, guide appropriate technical solutions and implement them efficiently together with the team. You make sure that all development and architecture standards are complied with and that the solution is operated stable, performant and future-proof. About the application: SAP LISa forms the complete contract lifecycle of MAN Finance & Mobility Services GmbH for trucks and buses – including contract management and financial accounting. The solution is embedded as an integrated Z component in the SAP standard and has several interfaces to adjacent systems. LISa plays a central role in the operational contract and financial process. Technological spectrum:

• Frontend: SAP GUI, SAP Fiori
• Backend: ABAP, ABAP
• SAP Basis: Infrastructure, system architecture and technical operation
• Forming: Adobe Forms
• Interfaces: Internal and external integration scenarios

Requirement analysis: coordination with technical product owner and specialist areas Solution Design: Design and advice on technical solutions Further development: Bringing ideas for frontend and backend optimizations Implementation: independent development of stories and tasks Quality Assurance: Code-Reviews, Unit and Integration Tests, Accompanying UAT Standards: Ensuring compliance with all development and architecture standards Support: 3rd level support incl. Enduser communication and a proactive role in fault management/ release management for the SAP solution Compliance: Implementation of regulatory requirements (BaFin, DORA), documentation, creation of instructions and guidelines, pen tests, recovery tests

Complete study of (economic) informatics or comparable qualifications Extensive experience in SAP development (S/4HANA, Fiori, UI5, Adobe Forms) Very good knowledge of ABAP and ABAP OO Deep understanding of SAP architectures and SAP basic operation Knowledge of interface technologies (SAP BTP, SAP CPI, REST, SOAP) Wide IT experience: Linux, databases, network security, firewalls Experience in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence Communication strength, proactive team player, structured working German (C-Level) and English in Word and Writing Home in Munich or surroundings
