Employee Order Processing - (m/f/d)

You take the processing of incoming orders and evaluate them professionally so that You can be further processed smoothly.

You provide orders for the transfer to the logistics and make sure that all accompanying letters for branches or VSM are correctly created and managed.

You coordinate the order input and output in the TIC and ensure that processes run efficiently and uniformly.

You ensure compliance with process standards and carefully document all work steps so that our processes remain transparent and comprehensible.

With your structured approach, you are helping to relieve professionals, optimize processes and reduce costs – thereby supporting our goal of creating values for our customers.

You have a completed training – ideally in the commercial, service-oriented or medical field.

You bring experience in administrative or logistical processes and know how important organization and accuracy are. You are communicative and are happy to work in exchange with specialist departments to make processes smooth. You are structuring and careful and enjoy constantly improving processes. You bring experience with ERP systems and MS Office or learn to apply new programs quickly and safely.
