Commercial Facility Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks as a shopping. EL at our customer: - management of the company, including strategic control, controlling and optimising key figures - ad hoc evaluation for management - marketing of the facility both with regard to the residents' acquisition and employee production - personnel responsibility through employee-oriented personnel management and development and ensuring legal requirements - initiation and monitoring of projects both in the management and care sector, including the introduction of personnel surveying - quality assurance

• Completed studies in healthcare or comparable training (m/w/d) - Mind. 3 years of professional and management experience in a health facility - Extended IT skills and experience in working with various software programs (e.g. Loga, Sinfonie, Navision and HR Software etc.) - Presentation to colleagues and colleagues
