Contact persons of executives in all labour and personal questions Creation and modification of work contracts and support of onboarding and offboarding Conception and optimization of personnel strategies and programs for employee control and development Individually responsible support of a defined group of employees in all personal questions Creation of HR reporting

Successfully completed economic studies with a focus on human resources or comparable commercial training (ideally with further training on/to the personnel businessman/wife) Relevant professional experience in HR Very good knowledge of labour and social security law Safe handling of the MS Office package and a common ERP system Communication and team skills
