Receptionist (m/f/d)

You warmly welcome our guests and accompany them on check-in and check-out. You accept reservations and edit them. You are the first contact for our guests and will be happy to help with questions and wishes. You take care of invoices, payments and cash accounts. You perform general organizational tasks at the reception. You work closely with housekeeping and other departments and provide a pleasant stay for our guests.

Ideally, you already have experience in a hotel reception or in the guest service – motivated cross-comers are just as welcome. You will enjoy dealing with people and appear friendly as well as service-oriented. You work reliably and keep an overview even when there is more to go. They're ready to work in shiftwork. You have good German skills. Further language skills are a plus, but no requirement.
