• Support for the management of the holdings in the management of the holdings and for the parent company

• Effective preparation of legal committee meetings

• Handling of the reporting of the holding subsidiaries including quality assurance

• Processing of complex contractual relationships

• Monitoring and running of negotiations/procedure

• Main responsibility for certification/audit requirements in the context of the holding subsidiaries

• Coordination and quality assurance of the Group report of hydropower Germany

• Coordination and main contact partner for governance issues of hydropower Germany

• Successfully completed master's degree in engineering or business management, ideally business engineering

• Relevant experience in the field of production control or auditing

• Excellent analytical skills and strong understanding of financial, commercial and risk-based relationships

• Very high readiness and high level of initiative and willingness to take responsibility

• Impressed ability to identify strategic issues, work out structured and communicate management skills

• English and German for negotiation

• Mobility (Guideline Class B) and willingness to carry out external services
