Professional and disciplinary leadership of the quality tester Staff deployment planning Ensure the Q standards in the assembly area Coordination of quality circles and monitoring defined measures Coordination of approval and serial tests Working in P-FMEA and product steering plans Implementation of product, workplace and process audits

Completed technical training including Additional training or comparable qualification Multiannual professional and leadership experience in quality management Knowledge found in the quality management system Experience with audits in accordance with relevant standards Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Good understanding and analytical thinking High communication and team capability High level of readiness
