• You accompany palliative measures, pass on observations and sensitively involve relatives in coordination. • You keep contact with relatives reliable, inform about developments in everyday life and thus strengthen confidence, transparency and a coordinated approach at home. • Also in sensitive situations, you remain responsive, formally understandable information and thus strengthens safety for patients: women, relatives and team. • With your professional view, you will recognize relevant developments at an early stage and thereby support a safe care assessment.
