Staff management and promotion, coordination of workflows in compliance with environmental & safety regulations Capacity and order planning Voting with, if necessary Customers and internal departments Quality control and monitoring of painting processes and dates Process optimization and continuous improvement of painting techniques Reporting and documentation on work progress, material consumption and quality indicators

(m/w/d), body builder (m/w/d), industrial painter (m/w/d), further training for the Master (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience as a vehicle painter (m/w/d) / industrial painter (m/w/d) or bodywork, ideally with Personnel responsibility Experience with modern painting techniques – Industry / Crafts / Suppliers Experience in appointment coordination, material management, competence in handling workshop software Certain action, high quality awareness, open being, solution-oriented, entrepreneur in the company
