Your tasks: Own-responsible pre- and post-preparation of a fair and timely pay bill

Assessment of accounting matters taking into account operational, tax and social insurance regulations in cooperation with internal specialist departments

Complete care of the personal master data as well as processing of the time economy and all upstream and downstream processes including Reporting and certification (SAP)

Support for international staff operations (visa application, legal requirements, correct billing)

Creation of personal statistics and evaluations

Contact persons for social security institutions and authorities as well as supervision of audits

Support in onboarding and offboarding of employees

Participation in the further development and digitization of HR processes

What we are looking for: Completed commercial training, ideally focusing on tax and social security law

Multiannual professional experience in Payroll (living and salary accounting) with well-founded knowledge of pay tax, social security and labour law, preferably in an international group

Experience in handling international shipments of advantage

Secure handling of SAP/HR as well as MS Office (Word, Excel); Knowledge of Workday or SuccessFactors desirable

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Certain working methods as well as a high degree of autonomy, self-initiative and team capacity
