Dairy Industry Instructor (m/f/d)

In your role, you will lead our trainees in the dairy sector (m/w/d) and the milk industry laboratory (m/w/d) both disciplinary and professional. In the course of this, you will determine our needs, carry out the selection process (including interviews) and engage in central training projects. In addition, you will ensure the placement of the training content according to the training framework plan – if necessary, you will support trainees with increased learning needs. We can always rely on you when we use and empower training officers – and you can also take on organisational and administrative tasks. We build on you both in communication with educational institutions (e.g. LUFA) and in the organisation and implementation of internal work lessons. The preparation and implementation of marketing measures are also on your agenda – for example, take school contacts and participate in regional training fairs.

Successful studies in a field corresponding to the training professions (food technology, food technology, etc.) As an alternative, a training with further training to the laboratory master (m/w/d), dairy master (m/w/d) or technician/industrial master (m/w/d) A clear plus: multiannual professional practice, including first experience in the care and guidance of trainees and/or in the dissemination of professional knowledge Training certificate (AEVO) For us quite clearly: our trainees (m/w/d) are our specialists and managers of tomorrow.
