Projekt Manager (m/w/d) You take Saab directly on the shipyard and ensure that demanding reconstruction and modernization measures are implemented efficiently, safely and in the highest quality. As a representative of Saab on site, you coordinate the cooperation between shipyards, customers, subcontractors and project teams and contribute significantly to the success of the project. Monitoring and control of production and conversion activities from completed construction to mechanical completion

Ensuring quality requirements in the work of the shipyards and their subcontractors

Participation in production and site coordination meetings as required

Collection, processing and conclusion of notifications on deviations, non-conformities and quality deficiencies in the final product

Close cooperation with shipyards, subcontractors, customers and relevant authorities and inspection bodies

Support for technical and qualitative solutions during the construction and integration phase

Participation in the construction and further development of the site organization during the project

Complete study of engineering, marine and marine engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field

Multiannual professional experience as Site Manager, Project Manager or a comparable function

Experience in shipbuilding, shipbuilding, marine, offshore, defence or industrial environment as well as in complex major projects

knowledge of the functioning of contracting authorities, ideally in the context of the Bundeswehr or the BAAINBw

Understanding production processes, construction processes, quality assurance and production monitoring

Experience in the professional management of interdisciplinary teams and in the management of service providers and subcontractors

Ability to make independent decisions and successfully promote topics in a dynamic environment

Embossed communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills

High quality awareness and a structured and careful way of working

German and English knowledge in word and writing
