As Recruiter (m/w/d) for the region of Southern Germany you are close to the people, close to our franchise partners and right in the middle of what is happening. You accompany candidates in person, build networks and make sure that applications become real success stories. If you don't want to think of Recruiting from the desk, but want to design it on site, this role offers you a lot of responsibility, trust and design space. Your role in us You are the first to contact our franchise partners on site. You are part of a recruiting team with two other regional recruiters with whom you regularly exchange. Your goal: bring the right people to the right place at the right time – with quality, speed and personal proximity.

You control recruiting processes independently – from the first briefing to the setting.

You conduct personal interviews, applicant days and on-site discussions in the region.

You advise our franchise partners in the planning and prioritization of open positions – with a special focus on the search for craftsmen, project leaders, sales staff and commercial assistance.

You build regional networks, talent pools and active-sourcing strategies.

You keep relevant recruiting metrics in mind and reportest to the HR department in Bergisch Gladbach.

Ideally, you live in the Großraum Stuttgart

Experience in recruiting, HR consulting, or in personnel consulting

A good feeling for people, markets and regional peculiarities

Joy of personal communication and binding cooperation

A structured, independent operation with hands-on mentality

Readiness to travel within the Southwest region on about 2 to 5 days a month
