As project manager:include the overall responsibility for complex planning projects of the railway infrastructure – from the supply phase to the successful project conclusion Together with the trade unions involved, you develop the optimal project strategy and meet technical, economic and terminological requirements You conduct interdisciplinary project teams, coordinate different interests and create the conditions for successful cooperation Even in demanding project and customer situations, you keep an overview, recognize risks early and develop sustainable solutions You tax dates, costs, quality, contracts and supplements independently and ensure transparency throughout the entire project With your experience, you support your colleague: in the case of professional questions, participate in best practices and introduce new impulses for the further development of our project management You actively shape the future of our infrastructure projects – professionally, organizationally and in close cooperation with our customers:

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/university studies as civil engineer:in, economic engineer:in or comparable You have multi-year, well-founded experience in managing complex infrastructure or planning projects and feel at home in challenging project environments Project control is more than time and cost control for you – you combine economic thinking with technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach Contract, offer and follow-up management are also part of your craftsmanship as well as the safe handling of different stakeholders: Digital working methods and modern project management methods are of course used to efficiently and forward-lookingly manage projects You convince by sovereign appearance, high communication and negotiation skills and the ability to bring people together even in challenging situations In addition, you will be happy to pass on your knowledge and develop our work together with your team
