You take over the planning and definition of the framework conditions for business processes, including uniform standards, a process map and a process management concept focusing on credit business You are responsible for the continuous improvement process by monitoring and optimising the quality of the business processes for the task area You are responsible for the adaptation and implementation of (new) business processes in coordination with process managers or the departments You are the contact person for technical questions and support staff in the field of operational organisational issues You develop and create statistics as well as analyses on the effectiveness and efficiency measurement of processes (process controlling)

You have a completed training as a banking businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable training, an appropriate study or further training in the field of process management/credit business You have sound knowledge in the field of cooperative banking, digitization and process management You are happy to take responsibility for new topics and their implementation and can take people with you in meetings or presentations You understand yourself as a driver (m/w/d) of innovation as well as digitalization and find yourself in a variety of topics in a bank's credit business, but also outside it, You think holistic, like to work in team structures and work independently as well as targeted You are safe to use the current MS365 applications and are ideally familiar with agree21 or the Banking Workspace (BWS)
