For Würth Elektronik eiSos we are looking for you to strengthen our team in full-time (40 hours) or part-time (at least 20 hours) as a Customer Management Specialist (m/w/d) in Berlin, Bochum, Homeoffice, Munich, Trier, Waldenburg You actively shape the future of our customer management in the eiSos group. As part of the new global sales operations structure, you develop standards, support our international sales companies and create transparency about processes and potentials. Your goal: strategically develop and strengthen customer relationships – with a clear focus on communication, structure and sustainable growth. Because with you, customer management becomes a real success factor from a task. maintain relationships: build and develop internal communication on customer management; Participation in the definition and follow-up of KPIs in customer management Share expertise: Advice and support of international sales companies in implementing customer management processes Creating basics: developing and developing group-wide processes in customer management Establish reporting: Processing information and analysis on customer development as a basis of decision Develop synergies: Close cooperation with sales, data management and IT to improve customer interfaces

Basics: Complete studies in business management, sales management or marketing – alternatively an equivalent qualification with a focus on sales or customer management. Passion: Focus on sustainable customer relationships, customer development and operational sales processes with experience in customer management, sales operations, sales management or sales support, ideally in the international environment Communication: German and English knowledge that is secure for negotiation, as well as a strong ability to communicate topics clearly, bindingly and according to target groups – internally and externally. Strengths: High self-responsibility, pronounced process understanding and organizational talent Knowledge: Secure handling of MS Office (in particular Excel & PowerPoint), ideally first experience with CRM systems
