Head of Accounting (m/w/d) Full-time | unlimited standing | Mönchengladbach

Take responsibility for the external accounting of the region (> 10 companies) as well as the management and further development of the employee and team active participation in changes in company law, including in the context of growth through M&A transactions, the reduction of the structure of society and further transformation projects Responsibility for the optimization of processes and structures as well as the further development of accounting according to HGB (German GAAP) and the support of the group-wide introduction of SAP S/4HANA Acquisition of a central interface function and ensuring internal and external communication with the areas of controlling and IT, as well as auditing, tax consultancy and tax authorities, including monitoring of audits
