For our customers, we are looking for a building manager in cable/channel/low and pipeline construction (m/w/d) for the Bochum site at the next time possible.

This is a direct exchange.

You control projects in the areas of cable, duct, deep and pipeline construction You co-ordinate entrepreneurs and teach your professional staff professionally You secure the smooth construction process and carry out regular construction site results checks You plan and control the personnel deployment, take care of the material disposition, rectify in time and start the construction site documentation You check and ensure compliance with all technical and legal requirements – with a view to quality, safety and environmental protection

You have a completed degree in the field of civil engineering, utility technology or construction engineering (BA/FH/TU) – alternatively an equivalent qualification through professional experience You bring several years of professional experience in the construction line, ideally in the field of civil engineering, sewer construction or pipeline construction You speak and write fluent German on C1 level You have good Microsoft Office skills and know yourself well with the construction contract (VOB, BGB) You are a team player, communicate openly and draw your attention through reliability, sense of responsibility, initiative, solution orientation and accuracy You have a class B licence – ideally C or CE
