Junior Marketing Manager B2B (m/w/d) Munich, up to 50% mobile work possible Our area Marketing Healthcare Professionals is looking for a new team member (m/w/d) in Munich. In our department, we are responsible for the design and implementation of B2B marketing campaigns, sales and product marketing as well as the design of the customer journey along the entire marketing and sales tunnel for our healthcare professionals business. This place is limited until September 2027.

In close coordination with the department management, you will produce and coordinate campaign measures for different channels and target groups. In doing so, you’re both conceptual and operative. The planning and implementation of direct marketing measures – both digitally and analogously – is also part of your responsibility. You support the creation of mailings, newsletters and automated campaign lines. In the Content Management section, you can independently perform tasks on our website (especially TYPO3), in Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and in the social media environment. You carefully submit content, prepare it according to target groups and develop it further. In addition, you support the planning and organisation of trade fairs, events and events – from preparation to refurbishment. Internal communication measures You prepare structuredly for a professional implementation. In addition, you support the monitoring, analysis and reporting of ongoing marketing measures and manage optimization potential together with the team.

You have successfully completed a degree in the field of marketing, communication sciences or a comparable discipline. First experience on the agency or business page you have already brought along and could ideally gain first insights into B2B marketing structures. A high level of enthusiasm for marketing campaigns, team work and operational implementation is yours. You work structured, think with and reliably implement tasks. You can easily handle content management systems and common graphics tools. Ideally, you could already work with TYPO3, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable systems. You treat proactively, introduce your own ideas and take responsibility for your topics. At the same time, you like to learn from your team and appreciate the open exchange. Also in more stressful phases, you keep an overview and work solution-oriented. Of course, you take on organizational tasks and support internal and external events with commitment. An intrinsic interest in AI and its applications in everyday marketing rounds off your profile.
