Own-sponsored creation of the economic plan for the institution of public law in close cooperation with management, performance and management as well as presentation in the relevant bodies Creation of medium-term planning, forecasts as well as target-actual and plan-actual comparisons for sound management of economic development Further development and project management to optimize the process of economic planning with the aim of a transparent, structured and efficient planning process Analysis of economic changes and assessment of their impact, in particular for the production of the university gasonomy Ensuring plausibility, consistency and traceability of plan values and analysis and processing of deviations Establishment, development and maintenance of meaningful reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual report) focusing on key KPIs for management and management Creation of defined reports for the Land of Hesse, possibly in cooperation with other student works in Hesse Close coordination with the internal areas of the Studierendenwerk on economic issues Active participation in the further development and digitization of the controlling Working with the software of tl1 GmbH (goods, accounting, cash register systems, residential administration) as well as using Qlik Sense, personal software LOGA and process software ConSense

Complete business studies with a focus on controlling, accounting or equivalent qualification Multiannual professional experience in controlling with a focus on economic and budget planning, ideally in the social or community gastronomic or residential environment Very good knowledge of budget and economic planning, especially in the field of public administration Very good Excel identifiers (including complex links and pivot tables) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level C1) for economic plans, analyses and presentations Experience with controlling and planning tools and a high IT affinity Extensive understanding of economic relationships and complex organisational structures Analytical thinking, structured working and high numerical affinity Communication strength, team capacity and sovereign appearance towards internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of the State Budget Regulation (LHO) and experience in funding environments and third-party funding or the willingness to work on these issues
