The internal audit is a central part of our corporate structure and plays a key role in ensuring transparency, efficiency and regularity in all business areas. Our team consists of 15 employees including executives who together form a powerful unit. In the internal audit, we independently cover all test areas without exposing audits to external companies. This allows us to develop a deeper knowledge of internal processes and implement tailor-made audit approaches that meet the specific requirements of our company.

For our headquarters in Karlsruhe we are looking for you in full or part-time, job sharing possible:

Self-employed and qualified implementation of system and regularity checks in the IT environment Own-responsible examination including preparation of the corresponding test reports Detection and assessment of risks in the field of cybercrime Examination of system-based processes and automations Implementation of project-accompanying examination activities and expert advice Ensure compliance with statutory, statutory and internal requirements as part of the audits Taking into account the economic, useful and innovative capacity of the units tested Tracking current developments in artificial intelligence (AI), automated systems and IT security

Successfully completed business studies or in the field of computer science (e.g. as a computer scientist (m/w/d)) and/or completed banking training (e.g. as a bank clerk / bank clerk) and ideally based training Multiannual professional experience in the internal audit of a bank or a financial institution, ideally focusing on IT, e.g. as an IT supervisor (m/w/d), IT auditor (m/w/d), computer scientist (m/w/d), examiner (m/w/d) or comparable Understanding revision technology and methods of risk identification and assessment Comprehensive IT skills and safe handling of MS Office applications Efficient, analytical, targeted and solution-oriented operation Willingness to take responsibility and initiate change processes
