As part of our treasury team, you will help shape the further development of our refinancing strategy and help align our capital market activities in a sustainable and forward-looking manner. In regular exchange with investors, banks and other capital market participants, you are struggling with existing relationships and building new contact. You accompany emissions and securitisation, prepare roadshows and represent the company in the market together with the team. In addition, you keep our emission program up-to-date and continuously develop it. In presentations and documents, you bring complex content to the point. You will also have a look at the feedback from investors and credit rating agencies – and give concrete impetus to the further development of our activities. In short, you make sure that we are clearly and convincing on the market.

The basis of your entry is an economic study with a focus on Finance/Banking/Treasury, economic mathematics or a bank-based training with corresponding training or a comparable qualification. You know Debt Capital Markets from IR, Treasury or Funding and understand how Pfandbriefe and bank balances work. You think not only in presentations, but also in solutions, and can explain complex topics easily and clearly You can master the German (as well as the English) language very well (min. level C1) in word and writing to ensure clear and effective communication in the working environment. And personally? Step up in all market phases and go open to investors.
