What awaits you:

• As a Vertical Fixed Account Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the distribution of consulting-intensive fixed network, UCC, cloud and security products from individual product components to business customers:inside your assigned accounts in Industry Vertical E-Commerce & IT.
• You are fully committed to the customers: in cooperation with the respective key account and/or global account manager, which is allotted to the customers.
• You work with international colleagues in the professional team and develop customer-specific solutions for their needs.
• You develop customer-specific account plans taking into account the customer potential relevant to the solution business.
• You analys the customers:inside and qualify customer contacts.
• You analyze and acquire new customer potential and exploit the existing customer potential;
• You reduce the termination rate.
• You conduct comprehensive and holistic needs analyses based on detailed process cost and cost-effectiveness analyses at the customers.

What distinguishes you:

• Preferably master's degree in business administration or other relevant fields.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in account management of multinational companies, preferably in solution distribution.
• Experience in identifying customer requirements and developing creative and innovative customer-oriented solutions in an international context.
• knowledge in the development and operation of national and international data applications, preferably with a technical sales background. This includes all current solutions in the field of landline, cloud and security products such as SD WAN, SASE, MPLS, Internet etc.
• Good understanding of financial concepts, IT&T environments, shopping practices and industry-specific aspects of corporate customers.
• Good understanding of IT and Telco infrastructure and environments and their impact on customer core business.
• Good communication skills in German and English (C1 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
