You assume the overall responsibility for the management and development of the North-West region You optimize the works and build your organization You take over the management, control and development of your team You lead your team to success and achieve the best possible customer satisfaction You lead sales and intensify the partnerships with our customers with the appropriate sales team in the back You support the further development of processes for improving quality and productivity

Completed training/study in the technical or commercial field in the building materials industry Ideally, you have several years of professional and management experience in the construction and construction industry Bring an entrepreneurial vision with a sense of responsibility You have a strong service thinking with good customer advice Ready to use, flexibility, creativity and innovative thinking and working methods You have a pronounced method and control competence You like to travel and are willing to develop professionally
