Location Wiesbaden Are you looking for a varied activity at the interface between Regulatory Affairs and Product Management? You have a potential for precise documentation and structured content? Then become part of our team as a working student Technical Documentation (m/w/d) and introduce your skills and enthusiasm into a dynamic environment of in vitro diagnostics (IVD).

Support in the creation, revision, and maintenance of technical and scientific documents for IVDs product shares. Working with the management of the product files in the eDMS (e.g. creation and coordination of workflows). Support for projects such as IVDR implementation, development projects, new implementations. Working with process-related documentation and cooperation with internal interfaces, including Regulatory Affairs, Product Management, International Registration, Clinical Affairs, Risk Management, Post-Market Surveillance. Support for various workflows including providing customer-relevant information for internal specialist departments and, if necessary, external partners. Participation in correction and updating measures in the continuous maintenance of technical documentation.

You are a enrolled student in a technical or scientific study programme (e.g. chemistry, biochemistry, biology, biotechnology, medical technology). Understanding scientific relationships and experience in the analysis and evaluation of scientific and clinical data. Very good knowledge of English in word and writing. Safe handling of Microsoft 365 and other digital tools. High level of commitment, team capacity, willingness to learn, and a structured, careful and result-oriented work instruction
