The Directorate Freiburg is looking for an object management team in the field of services of the Bundeswehr at the Stuttgart office from now on: Projektmanager (m/d) (Entgeltgruppe 10 TVöD Bund / Besoldungsgruppe A 10 BBesG, ID: FRFM2318, Stellen‐ID 1342607) The setting is terminated until probably February 2028. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). Qualification: completed (special) Higher Education (Bachelor or Diploma with as good result as possible), preferably in the fields of Business Administration, Real Estate Administration, Industrial Engineering, Financial Economics or Comparative Qualification Competences: as practical experience as possible and sound knowledge in real estate / property management sound knowledge and practical experience in the use of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Knowledge in SAP ERP 6.0 is desirable or the willingness to acquire knowledge in SAP-based BALIMA in the short term Further requirements: Ability to Economic Thinking and Acting, Cooperation and Teamwork Reliability, persuasion and negotiation skills safe occurrence and the ability to work quickly into changing tasks readiness for the safety review pursuant to § 9 para. 1 No. 3 SÜG (Sabotage Protection Review), which may also include the spouse/living partner.
