Development and implementation of change management strategies to successfully support complex transformation and digitization programs Control and further development of change measures across multiple subprojects and ensuring a consistent change approach Advising project management, departments and stakeholders on issues of change management Planning, moderation and follow-up of workshops, presentations and communication measures for different target groups Coordination of external service providers and creation of decision-relevant documents for management and control bodies

Complete business studies or professional training with reference to change management Multiannual experience in the design and implementation of change management strategies within the framework of transformation or digitization programs Professional experience in managing change management across several projects or subprojects, ideally in healthcare, hospital environment or public sector Experience in creating confluence pages, as well as certification in change management (Prosci ADKAR, CCMP, APMG Change Management or comparable) Very good German knowledge (min. C1)
