Shift supervisor (m/f/d)

Your tasks during the project and construction phase: Close cooperation with the engineering team and integration into production processes and plants Participation in the creation of occupational safety concepts, in the construction of production processes, the planning and commissioning of the plant, the personnel planning and support of the recruiting processes and development, coordination and support of the operator trainings Your tasks from start of production: Monitoring and operation of production plants and independent control of production processes in shift operation Leadership, motivation and further development of the shift team Ensuring quality, quantity and time requirements as well as compliance with environmental, safety and regulatory standards Coordination and support of maintenance, stand-by operations and downtime planning Participation in optimization projects and support in faults and damage cases Ensuring the flow of information and central contact for production planning, external partners and emergency management (also outside the day shift)

Completed training as an industrial master (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) of the chemical industry or equivalent experience as well as several years of experience in the chemical industry Enforceability and High Flexibility Good team and communication skills Logical, analytical and structured operation Embossed chemical-technical understanding Employee leadership experience and positive leadership Business knowledge and experience with QLS and PLS systems
