The Hospice St. Martinus Alb-Donau in Kirchbirlingen - idyllicly situated in a former parish house of 1758, we ensure that our guests can enter their last path in dignity and security. Lovelyly restored single rooms, each of them with private bathrooms offer eight guests space. Our multriprofessional team also consists of many helpful volunteer hands. All together ensure that life is no longer given days - but more lives in the days.

Area and location: Hospiz St. Martinus Alb-Donau, Altenhilfe und Hospize, Kirchbierlingen Scope and deadline: 70% and unlimited Your tasks with us: • basic and treatment care according to the principles of Palliative Care and accompanying the guests in the death process • Systematic planning, control and verification as well as professional documentation of care processes with the care program Vivendi • Accompanying members in the process of farewell • Support for a self-determined life with the highest possible quality of life • Predictive planning and participation in professional symptom control

Your profile for us: • A completed training as a nurse (w/m/d), health care and nursing (w/m/d) or caregiver (w/m/d) • At best, a further education in the field of Palliative Care is not necessary, however, and can be acquired with us • Experience in the Palliative/Hospice area, symptom control and accompaniment of the most serious people is of advantage • A strong team capability, reliability and a high level of empathy characterizes you
