These challenges include: You work in the team on administrative and organizational issues and take individual tasks independently

You support the development of labour law measures up to termination in compliance with statutory, collective and operational requirements

You participate in various discussions with employees, executives, works councils and other stakeholders

You create documents and presentations for various HR topics

You work with team-wide events and projects, for example at the setting days at the Untertürkheim site of holiday workers,

You support the setting process in recruitment and onboarding successor trainees

The activity can begin from September 2026.

degree course Economic Law or Business Administration; ideally with a focus on personnel/work law or a comparable degree course
