As a Teamlead Marketplace (m/w/d), you have the overall strategic and economic responsibility for the national and international marketplace business and run the marketplace team professionally and disciplinefully. The following exciting tasks await you:

Marketplace strategy: You develop the marketplace strategy and prioritize platforms, countries, business models and assortments based on their economic potential Key Accounts: You control key accounts and focus marketplaces independently and continuously develop business relationships Turnover and profitability: You are responsible for sales, sales, cover, and relevant Marketplace KPIs, and you are taking concrete steps to deliver plans Forecasting and Operations: You control forecasts, goods planning, goods availability and operational processes and ensure stable platform and product performance Partner Management: You conduct consolidation, action and annual discussions and develop profitable growth models with vendor, marketplace and platform partners Team Leadership: You run, develop and coordinate the Marketplace team and control internal interfaces as well as external service providers according to the “Lead by Example” principle

You have a completed economic study or a comparable qualification with a focus on eCommerce, Trade or Sales In addition, you bring multi-year professional experience in marketplace, vendor or platform business as well as leadership experience with You have already acquired sales, budget and earnings responsibility and know very well relevant marketplaces as well as their business, advertising and operating models. Experience in conditions negotiations, forecasting and assortment control as well as knowledge of German and English that is reliable You think entrepreneurship, work analytical and conceptually and consistently align your actions on results Your communication and cooperation capability, your negotiation skills and your enforcement strength complete your profile
