We work UKM-wide with various didactic methods. In addition to the simulation, we use the exchange with different groups in seminars and projects. We work across groups and focus on interprofessional target groups – best with you! OBJECTIVES: Intensive medicine (e.g. rea / emergency trainings, competence trainings) General care (e.g. processes and processes) OP/Anaesthesia (e.g. team training, storage and safety standards) Paediatric care Medicine therapy safety in clinical everyday life

Conception, organisation and implementation of interprofessional team training and training in the above-mentioned fields of application (e.g. simulation with scenarios, briefing, debriefing) Support and maintenance of lecture pools, quality assurance, appointment and resource coordination (BLS Organisation, mandatory formats, Faculty Development) Participation in projects for safety culture and patient safety (e.g. Quali4Care, intensive care, surgery areas) and evaluation/reporting Openness for diversity of methods and topics

Completed nursing vocational training (e.g. health and (children)nursing/career/man) Continuing training on the specialist care and/or studies in nursing education/vocational education in the healthcare sector (B.A./M.A.) Practical instructions according to PflAPrV desirable Simulation experience incl. instructors course (e.g. EuSim or the willingness to complete such) desirable Educational teaching competence, team spirit and communication skills, structured working methods, digital basic competence desirable
