Our clients of the children's/young and adult areas live in single or double rooms in small independent, family living groups. Each group comprises up to 7 clients and is divided into personal and common areas of life. As a night watch, you create a quiet living atmosphere for 12 to max. 18 clients in terms of quality of life, participation and self-determination of clients. Comprehensive basic and treatment care activities for complex disabled blind and visually impaired clients. Co-editing of participation reports and funding content in a multi-professional team. Transfer talks with colleagues, regular tours theoretical and practical implementation of the care process by incorporating our computer-assisted documentation system

Education as a health care and nursing person / health care and nursing person, nursing professional / nursing professional, nursing care provider, health care and nursing helper / health care and nursing helper, social care provider / social care provider or a comparable professional qualification Experience in working with people with complex support needs is desirable, but not necessary Commitment, curiosity and desire for a meaningful work Team skills, resilience, open for new, willingness to interdisciplinary work, empathy Knowledge of computer-assisted documentation systems
