You serve and advise our customers around maintenance, repair and service. You perform the professional vehicle intake and discuss the repair and maintenance requirements. You create workshop orders and coordinate the further processing together with our workshop team. You create cost suggestions and inform our customers transparently about upcoming work and costs. You keep an eye on dates, progress of repair and completion. You agree to additional work with our customers and ensure complete documentation. You coordinate cooperation between customers, workshop, parts service and other internal areas. You check completed workshop orders and prepare the vehicle transfer. You explain to our customers the work carried out in a comprehensible and comprehensible manner. You process complaints and customer requests solution-oriented and service-oriented. You reliably maintain customer, vehicle and order data in our systems. You actively contribute to high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.

A completed technical or commercial training in the automotive sector, for example as a motor vehicle mechatronic (m/w/d), a motor vehicle business (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Ideally professional experience as a car service consultant (m/w/d), service consultant (m/w/d) in the car house or in a comparable position Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way Joy in direct customer contact and a pronounced service orientation Communication strength and professional appearance A structured, reliable and independent operation Organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even in a dynamic workshop everyday Safe handling of digital applications and workshop or Dealer management systems Experience with the Nissan or BYD brand is advantageous, but no requirement Class B driving licence
