Technical support of a defined group of employees for technical problems, participation in test agreements, and the transfer of complex questions to the relevant interfaces Technical preparation and execution (FAT) on the device or system, e.g. realization of measurement possibilities Systematic troubleshooting and fault analysis on complex devices, systems and measurement setups using suitable, even non-standard measuring instruments and in cooperation with development and product engineering Initiation and coordination of the systematic processing of serial errors up to the sustainable termination Supporting team management in the daily work placement and control of workflows taking into account current requirements and in close coordination with colleagues (m/w/d)

(m/w/d), a further education for the electrical technician (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Extensive practical experience in electronics and high-frequency technology Knowledge of process optimization and lean production desirable Secure handling of SAP and common office applications Impressed quality awareness and clear and targeted communication in the coordination of technical issues Good knowledge of German and English at least in B2 level
