You support the team of construction supervisors by taking on a pilot function in construction projects with higher economic or political importance. You are the focal point for external projects (such as architects, builders and builders) for the clarification of projects of particular difficulty or increased need for coordination. Your colleagues are in charge of technical questions, especially in demanding cases. In close coordination with the administration, you will develop and organize the service, including with regard to legal requirements, technical content and workflows. In the absence of the official management, you are responsible for the supervision of the building in a professional and personal manner.
