Design the future with us by responsible for the strategic orientation and control of the competence management of our service organization and by ensuring the qualifications for around 400 service technicians: both inside and partner companies. To do this, you analyze the future skills requirements and ensure an attractive training concept. You will present the strategic framework for our eAcademy training portal and ensure efficient booking and management of the training measures. For the qualification of our employees, you develop innovative measures and work closely with training partners and specialist departments to ensure future-oriented competence development. In exchange with executives, service management and training representatives as well as consultants, you support synergies and bring them all to a table. To always ensure the right service technicians:in the heating system, you consider our service processes end-to-end, identify short-term improvement potentials (“low hanging fruits”), coordinate the implementation or implement them pragmatically.

Education: completed studies in the field of economics or comparable qualifications Experiences and know-how: first experience in process or project management, technical interest and secure MS Office knowledge Personality and working: You succeed in acting confidently in challenging situations, making clear choices and setting goals independently; proactively prioritize tasks and represents your position strong and solution-oriented, while recognizing customer needs, communicating empathically and being a reliable respondent Enthusiasm: You are happy to work with different stakeholders and want to advance your topics in a pioneering way Languages: very good German and English skills
