Your mission You are responsible for digital transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform. This includes the preparation, planning, control and implementation of interesting national and international projects In the case of tenders, you take on the overall technical responsibility for the development of customer-specific solutions and the production of tender documents and presentations You conduct strategic consulting in the introduction of cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Powerplatform, under customer-specific requirements Conceptually sophisticated cloud solutions and architectures with respect to reliability, security, performance and costs (taking into account current capabilities of the D365 & Power Platform) You identify customer needs, develop matching strategies and services for development and tax long-term sales activities based on market and industrial analysis You measure your success in order intake and customer satisfaction and adapt your strategies accordingly You are driving forward the further development of our end-to-end performance portfolio, i.e. from the conception of offerings/services, through sales topics to ensuring the right delivery model, you take responsibility

Your skill set Multiannual experience as project manager and/or solution architect in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions Multiannual experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a consultant throughout the entire project lifecycle (request, solution definition, implementation incl. Systemcustomizing, testing, acceptance, cut-over). Experience in sales of solutions (creating offerings and co-designing marketing activities, creating and presenting customer offers) Quality-conscious, independent and goal-oriented mode of operation, with a high degree of initiative and commitment Possible knowledge of German and English as well as mobility for customer projects
