Survey of individual needs for assistance and participation in the individual case, including by means of the standard demand determination instrument BEI_BW Determination of the appropriate and necessary performance in accordance with SGB IX in accordance with the need for assistance and taking account of economic aspects Establishment of assistance in the overall plan/participation plan procedures according to §§ 117 ff SGB IX as well as independent case-handling, control and evaluation of assistance services Individual counselling for people with mental, physical and/or mental disabilities and their relatives to support opportunities and limits within the framework of integration assistance Participation in specialist conferences and in the establishment of supply requirements for people with disabilities in the Rastatt district

You have completed university studies (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) in social work, social education or medical education or a comparable qualification. You have well-founded knowledge of the relevant legal bases / guidelines (in particular SGB IX, SGB XII, ICF) and knowledge of the forms and patterns of illness of a significant disability. You include cooperation and empathy as well as target orientation, implementation strength and readiness to respond to your strengths. Methodological expertise (including in the discussion), good written and oral expression and self-organization. You have a class B licence.
